Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organize the pantry, including washing and storing dishes, cups, and other pantry items.
- Ensure all office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces are clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests and visitors.
- Monitor pantry and stationery supplies, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, including birthday celebrations and company events.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of office equipment, furniture, and facilities.
- Replace printer cartridges and ensure printers are stocked with A4 paper and functioning properly.
- Collect, receive, and distribute courier deliveries, parcels, and other office correspondence.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers during office maintenance, repairs, and facility inspections.
- Respond to requests and inquiries from employees and visitors in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Key Competencies
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with employees at all levels, including senior management.
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to maintaining a high standard of workplace cleanliness and service.
