About This Role
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for supporting the company in legal, administrative, human resources, and financial aspects with all government entities and financial organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all legal documentation, business approvals, and license renewals.
Ensure the implementation of government reforms and visa services in line with regulatory requirements.
Provide regular updates on work and immigration standards from government offices to keep the department informed of changes.
Process and type all types of visas MOHRE work permits and maintain up-to-date records
process trade License transactions such as issuance of new trade licenses, renewal and amendment of MOA, POA, and BR, and follow-up on official approvals and permits, to prevent unnecessary violations.
Accurately prepare type and process required legal documents such as lease contract attestation in government agencies such as the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, Dubai Land, Traffic Department, and Municipalities.
Represent the company at different offices such as Airport Embassies, Police Station, Ministries/ Municipalities, and other Government Departments.
Deal promptly and productively with general inquiries about PRO functions.
Carry out various duties as required to assist the business and other departments.
