About This Role

Job Purpose: Senior Marketing Executive In this role, you will work to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive growth and customer acquisition, and make an impact on various projects. You will be involved in marketing strategy and responsible for the execution of various marketing initiatives, managing campaigns, and analyzing marketing data to optimize performance. We don't expect you to know everything about marketing, but we hope you'll have a willingness to learn, and we are ready to guide you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy that drives growth and customer acquisition.
• Identify ideas to test, understand the needs and pain points of the target audience, craft messaging and creative concepts, implement it across different channels, and measure success.
• Assist email marketing campaigns, including creating and testing email subjects, creatives, copy. Tracking and analyzing email performance.
• Support paid search and social media advertising campaigns, including creating ad copy, using design platforms to create visuals, and analyzing performance.
• Manage social media: creating and scheduling social media posts, managing social media accounts, and analyzing social media performance, optimize for growth.
• Website support: creating and updating website graphics, support in designing landing pages, updating website pages, generating ideas for blog posts, assistance in optimizing website content for search engines, reading website analytics and finding the opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth and customer acquisition.
• Assistance in preparing marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies (content & design).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support other marketing initiatives.
