Brick & Board Renovations Technical Services Llc

is a Dubai-based company specializing in home renovations, fit-out works, landscaping, swimming pools, carpentry, MEP services, and property improvement projects.

We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused, and creative Office Administrator & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team.

This role combines office administration, customer service, and digital marketing.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients while managing our online presence and supporting the daily operations of the business.

Customer Service & Administration

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media, and website.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and other administrative documents.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and filing systems.
  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams regarding customer requests and project updates.
  • Manage office administration and provide general administrative support.

Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Create engaging content, captions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Respond to enquiries and comments across all social media platforms.
  • Generate new leads through digital marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with external marketing agencies, designers, and photographers when required.
  • Maintain and update the company website and online business profiles.
  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend ideas to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in administration, customer service, marketing, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic is an advantage.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Canva. Experience with Meta Business Suite is an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work independently.
  • Experience in the construction, renovation, real estate, or interior design industry is preferred.
  • Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within 30 days will be given preference.
