Project Manager - Renovation & Fit-Out

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple renovation, fit-out, and technical services projects simultaneously.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation through final handover.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and monitor project progress.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Prepare, review, and verify BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Prepare quotations and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Manage project risks, variations, and change requests.
• Monitor project costs and profitability throughout project execution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Lead project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience managing renovation, fit-out, or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential villa renovations, interior fit-out, and technical services.
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and project teams.
• Experience in BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and project budgeting.
• Strong understanding of procurement, material planning, and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
• UAE driving license is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within 30 days will be given preference.
