Company Description
Brick & Board Renovations Technical Services LLC is a Dubai-based company specializing in home renovations, fit-out works, landscaping, swimming pools, carpentry, MEP services, and property improvement projects.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of renovation and fit-out projects across Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project activities between clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Track project schedules, milestones, and progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.
- Follow up on material orders, deliveries, and procurement requirements.
- Assist with site inspections, snagging, and project handovers.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Support project managers with resource planning and project coordination.
- Attend site visits and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in construction, renovation, or fit-out projects.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
- Candidates currently available in the UAE and able to join immediately or within 30 days will be given preference.
