Position: Office Administrator
Location: Abu Dhabi – Al Khalidiya
Salary: AED 2,000 per month
Visa: Own visa required
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams and support staff
- Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and basic documentation
- Ensure smooth office workflow and organization
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Good communication skills in English
- Well-organized and responsible personality
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in office administration is preferred
Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
