We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Happiness Consultant to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about company services and assist customers with their needs
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and deliver a positive experience at every touchpoint
- Follow up with customers and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain and update customer records, reports, and communication logs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (preferred)
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital communication tools
- Ability to التعامل مع العملاء باحترافية under different situations
- Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
Important Conditions
- Arabic nationality only
- Age between 20 – 30 years
- Own visa is mandatory
