What you’ll be doing
- Meet clients and understand their property requirements; recommend suitable properties based on budget, location, and preferences.
- Conduct property viewings and explain property details clearly.
- Build relationships with buyers, investors, and prospects; follow up on leads and manage the client pipeline.
- Provide information about prices, locations, projects, and market activity.
- Support clients through offers and negotiations, and coordinate with marketing, administration, and support teams as needed.
- Work toward individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.
What the employer is looking for
- Confident and professional client communication, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Sales, real estate, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Comfortable with regular client follow-up; organized and able to manage multiple leads and appointments.
- Willing to learn about properties, projects, and Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
- Positive attitude and willingness to improve.
- Able to work full-time in Abu Dhabi.
