Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Portfolio Manager to manage client portfolios, generate business opportunities, and drive property sales closures in the real estate sector.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
o Manage and maintain relationships with property investors and clients. o Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate investment opportunities. o Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research o Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings. o Negotiate deals and ensure successful sales closures. o Build and manage a strong portfolio of investors and properties. o Coordinate with internal teams for smooth transaction processing. o Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
o Proven experience in the Real Estate industry . o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o French-speaking is added advantage.
