Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **Odoo Project Coordinator** to support the planning, execution, and delivery of Odoo ERP implementation and enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, end users, Odoo consultants, developers, and management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Project Coordination & Management

  • Coordinate end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation, customization, migration, and support projects.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure project activities are completed according to agreed schedules and quality standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and overall project performance.

Business & Functional Coordination

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Coordinate requirements workshops and process-mapping sessions.
  • Ensure alignment between business processes and Odoo ERP best practices.
  • Review proposed solutions and validate business requirements with stakeholders.

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, business users, consultants, and technical teams.
  • Provide regular project status updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Escalate critical issues and risks to project management when necessary.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Odoo Implementation Support

  • Coordinate Odoo module implementations.
  • Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution.
  • Monitor issue resolution and change requests during implementation phases.
  • Coordinate data migration, validation, and system go-live activities.

Documentation & Training

  • Maintain project documentation, process flows, and system configuration records.
  • Prepare user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Coordinate end-user training sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
  • Ensure all project documentation is properly maintained and accessible.

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor project deliverables to ensure compliance with business requirements.
  • Assist in testing activities and validation of system functionality.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices.
  • Support post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in ERP project coordination or project management.
  • Experience working with **Odoo ERP** implementations is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating multiple ERP projects simultaneously.
  • Odoo Functional Consultant experience is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of ERP integrations, APIs, and data migration processes.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

  • Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
