Overview
We are looking a Camp Boss for Asab camp.
Core Responsibilities
- **Facility Management:** Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of rooms, kitchens, mess halls, and common areas.
- **Accommodation & Logistics:** Manage room allocations, bed space tracking, and coordinate check-in/check-out procedures.
- **Catering & Inventory:** Plan menus, oversee mess hall operations, and monitor food and supply inventory.
- **Health & Safety (HSE):** Ensure the camp meets strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety codes.
- **Staff Supervision:** Manage and delegate duties to support staff, janitors, and security personnel.
- **Resident Welfare:** Address worker grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure overall living standards are comfortable.
- **Administration & Reporting:** Handle petty cash, maintain attendance logs, and generate regular reports for HR or project management. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Key Skills & Requirements
- **Leadership & Communication:** Ability to manage a large, diverse workforce and resolve conflicts.
- **Regulatory Knowledge:** Familiarity with local labor laws, municipality inspections, and occupancy permits.
- **Organization:** Strong administrative skills for tracking supplies, allocating rooms, and reporting. [1, 2, 3]
