Job Title: Junior Odoo ERP & IT Administrator

Job Summary

The Junior Odoo ERP & IT Administrator will assist in managing the company’s Odoo ERP system and provide daily IT support to ensure smooth business operations. The role focuses on ERP user support, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting senior IT/ERP personnel.

Key ResponsibilitiesOdoo ERP Support

• Assist in daily administration of the Odoo ERP system.
• Support users in modules such as Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, and Projects.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Help maintain accurate ERP data entry and system records.
• Assist in generating ERP reports and dashboards.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for ERP issues.
• Coordinate with Odoo consultants/developers for technical support.
• Support ERP testing during upgrades or new module implementation.

IT Support & Administration

• Provide first-level IT helpdesk support to employees.
• Install and configure computers, printers, and software.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and network issues.
• Assist in managing company email systems (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace).
• Maintain IT equipment inventory and asset records.
• Support system backups and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Assist in maintaining office network and internet connectivity.

User Assistance & Training

• Assist employees in using ERP and IT systems efficiently.
• Conduct basic user orientation and training sessions.
• Prepare simple user guides and documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2 years experience in Odoo ERP support
• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking basics, and office IT setup.
• Willingness to learn ERP customization and business processes.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
