This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Engineer role based in Dubai.

The Procurement Engineer will manage end-to-end procurement activities for electromechanical materials and services, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant sourcing.

include identifying and qualifying suppliers, preparing and evaluating requests for quotation (RFQs), negotiating commercial and technical terms, and issuing purchase orders in line with project requirements.

The role will involve close coordination with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement with technical specifications, budgets, and timelines.

The Procurement Engineer will also monitor supplier performance, maintain accurate procurement records, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and cost optimization.
