ODOO - DATA ENTRY/DATA ANALYST

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in Odoo ERP.
• Maintain customer, supplier, product, and inventory records.
• Encode sales orders, purchase orders, invoices, and other business transactions.
• Check data for accuracy and completeness; identify and correct errors.
• Update stock and inventory information in Odoo.
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
• Coordinate with accounting, sales, warehouse, and operations teams.
• Generate basic reports from Odoo when required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or administrative work.
• Knowledge of Odoo ERP is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Odoo Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, or Contacts modules is preferred.
• Previous experience in ERP data management is preferred.
• Familiarity with business documentation and record keeping is preferred.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,500–4,500 per month.
• Salary is described as competitive and based on experience.

• Work is in person.
