Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive
• psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• for pediatric patients
• Assess and manage children with
• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, learning difficulties, developmental delays, emotional and behavioral disorders, and neurological conditions
• Administer and interpret
• standardized psychological tests
• , behavioral scales, and cognitive assessments
• Develop and implement
• individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
• Provide
• individual therapy, behavior therapy, and parent counseling
• Support early intervention programs and school-readiness assessments
• Prepare detailed
• psychological reports, progress notes, and clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with
• pediatric neurologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and behavioral therapists
• Participate in
• multidisciplinary case discussions, treatment planning, and case reviews
• Guide families on
• behavior management strategies, emotional regulation, and coping mechanisms
• Ensure adherence to

DHA / MOH regulations

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or Doctorate in

Clinical Psychology / Child Psychology

• **Valid DHA / MOH license**
• or eligibility to obtain one
• **Minimum 5 years of UAE clinical experience**
• , preferably in pediatric neurology or child development centers
• Extensive experience in
• pediatric psychological assessment and intervention
• Strong knowledge of
• developmental psychology, neurodevelopmental disorders, and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Excellent communication skills in

English

• Experience with
• behavior modification programs and parent-training models
• Expertise in
• early childhood intervention and school-based assessments
• Strong analytical, documentation, and report-writing skills
• Ability to work independently and lead complex cases
