Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Retail Business Offline (P&L Owner – UAE)

Leader

to own and scale the

end-to-end P&L

for our

Retail Channels.

This is a strategic + execution role where the candidate will drive

revenue growth, profitability, brand positioning, and operational excellence

across all online channels.

1. Full P&L Ownership

  • Own revenue, margins, and profitability across all marketplaces
  • Manage pricing, promotions, and discount strategies
  • Drive top-line growth while maintaining healthy contribution margins

2. Marketplace Management (Amazon, Noon & Others)

  • Lead complete operations across:

• Amazon (Seller And Vendor Central)

  • Noon marketplace
  • Other regional e-commerce platforms
  • Ensure strong product visibility, ranking, and sales performance

3. Growth Strategy & Business Scaling

  • Define and execute marketplace growth strategy
  • Launch new products and scale existing SKUs
  • Identify expansion opportunities within UAE & GCC

4. Performance Marketing & Advertising

  • Oversee Amazon Ads (AMS), Noon ads, and external traffic
  • Manage Inhouse team of experts to optimize ad spends, ROAS, and TACoS
  • Align marketing with revenue and profitability goals

5. Inventory & Supply Chain Management

  • Plan demand forecasting and inventory replenishment
  • Avoid stockouts and overstock situations
  • Coordinate with operations/logistics teams

6. Pricing & Competitive Strategy

  • Monitor competitors and pricing benchmarks
  • Maintain Buy Box ownership and competitive positioning
  • Develop promotional calendars (Ramadan, White Friday, etc.)

7. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead and mentor PPC, content, and operations teams
  • Work closely with:
  • Supply chain
  • Finance
  • Marketing
  • Build scalable processes and SOPs

8. Compliance & Category Expertise

  • Ensure compliance with UAE regulations for
  • dietary supplements
  • Maintain accurate product listings aligned with guidelines

9. Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: Revenue, contribution margin, ACoS, TACoS, inventory turnover
  • Provide strategic insights and business forecasts
  • Build dashboards for decision-making

Experience

  • 10+ years in

E-Commerce And Marketplace Management

  • Proven experience managing
  • P&L for Amazon and Noon (UAE/Middle East)
  • Experience in
  • scaling brands from launch to growth stage

Core Competencies

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Deep understanding of Amazon & Noon ecosystems
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong execution with strategic thinking

Technical Skills

  • Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central expertise

• Amazon Ads (AMS), Noon Ads

  • Advanced Excel / data analysis
  • Familiarity with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout (preferred)
