Finance Account Specialist

Industry Preference: FMCG And Nutraceuticals And Wellness

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting and reconciliation activities across payment gateways, bank statements, client accounts, and internal records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Monitor transactions for exceptions, irregularities, and out-of-pattern activity.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing, reporting, and sign-off activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance accuracy, control, and efficiency.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company processes.
• Support the smooth functioning of the office from an accounting and finance perspective.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in accounts, reconciliation, finance operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Wellness, E-commerce, or a related sector will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, receivables, credit control, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, ERP, Cointab, or Shopify.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to work under deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with internal stakeholders.
