Overview

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and passionate **Certified Nurse Instructor** to join our training institute in Abu Dhabi.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical instruction to Nursing Assistant students, preparing them for successful careers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging classroom lectures and hands-on practical training for Nursing Assistant students.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with course objectives and healthcare industry standards.
  • Supervise clinical demonstrations and practical skills training.
  • Evaluate student performance through written examinations, assignments, and practical assessments.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records, student progress reports, and academic documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with institute policies and healthcare education standards.
  • Provide mentoring, guidance, and academic support to students throughout their training.
  • Collaborate with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum delivery and student outcomes.

& Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent nursing qualification.
  • Minimum of **2 years of clinical and/or teaching experience**.
  • Previous experience in healthcare education or vocational training is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to motivate and manage students in both classroom and practical settings.
  • Knowledge of UAE healthcare training standards is an advantage.
  • **Must have own valid UAE visa.**

Working Hours

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • One flexible day off per week
