Duties
- Develop and execute age-appropriate lesson plans that foster learning and development.
- Use play-based learning and hands-on activities to encourage exploration and creativity.
- Stay current with early childhood education best practices and trends.
- Maintain a safe, organized, engaging classroom and supervise children to protect their safety and well-being.
- Monitor and document children's growth, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about children's progress and concerns.
- Collaborate with educators and staff to create a cohesive, supportive learning environment.
- Ensure classroom health and safety standards are met.
Requirements
- English and Arabic language skills.
- B.Ed. or equivalent.
- EYFS or Montessori diploma or certificate.

- Sharjah is required as the work location.
