A well-reputed nursery in Sharjah is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Administration Assistant Manager.
Role duties
- Support and manage day-to-day academic, operational, and administrative functions.
- Assist with enrolment, admissions, parent inquiries, nursery tours, and the admissions process.
- Welcome and assist parents, children, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Support curriculum delivery through developmentally appropriate learning experiences and activities.
- Maintain student records, attendance registers, admission documents, and administrative reports.
- Handle invoices, fee collection follow-ups, petty cash, expense tracking, and financial records.
- Liaise with accounts and assist with financial reports and reconciliations.
- Coordinate licensing, permit renewals, regulatory submissions, inspections, approvals, and statutory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with nursery policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate staff schedules, meetings, events, and daily operational requirements.
- Maintain premises safety, cleanliness, and quality in line with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Strong English and Arabic communication is a must.
- Demonstrate multitasking ability across administration, communications, and parent relations.
Pay and employment
- Full-time, permanent role.
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
