Extriusgroup is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager in Sharjah.
The manager will lead the nursery's academic and operational functions and help deliver the group's vision.
Requirements
- CACHE Level 5 is required.
- Candidates should be experienced and able to run the nursery independently.
- Sharjah residency is preferred, not required.
Nursery quality and compliance
- Maintain high standards for the environment, resources, and experiences offered to children.
- Ensure nursery practice and provision meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements.
- Develop good practice in special needs and inclusion and build partnerships with parents and carers.
- Maintain professional relationships with local authorities, regulatory bodies, and other agencies.
- Facilitate inspections and implement regulatory recommendations.
Operations and people management
- Manage daily nursery operations and health and safety for children, families, staff, and visitors.
- Ensure suitably trained staff hold relevant first aid qualifications.
- Manage staff costs and budgets and use management information to maximize commercial benefits.
- Recruit, induct, support, train, and appraise staff to develop a qualified and experienced team.
- Deliver occupancy targets and promote the nursery to families and the local community.
- Adhere to nursery policies and procedures.

- The role is based in Sharjah and is in person.
