- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and management presentations.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, invoicing, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of nursery materials, plants, and resources.
- Supervise nursery operations, maintenance, irrigation, and landscaping activities.
- Manage project risks and resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and HSE regulations.
- Lead and mentor nursery staff, supervisors, and site teams.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on project progress, financial status, and KPIs.
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, logistics, and other departments for smooth project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
