Overview
- Prepare and follow up on variation claims for construction projects.
- Identify commercial entitlements.
- Maintain Variation logs, claim registers, and commercial tracking reports.
- Coordinate with Project managers, quantity surveyors, consultants, and clients on commercial matters.
- Assist in drafting/preparing contractual correspondence related to variations, claims, payment issues and scope change.
