Node.js Backend Developer (On-site – Abu Dhabi Office)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Node.js Backend Developer to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This is an on-site opportunity for a developer who is not only technically strong but also confident in client communication and collaboration.

What you’ll do:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs and system integrations
• Work closely with frontend, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Engage with clients to understand requirements and support technical discussions
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality code delivery

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development using Node.js
• Strong skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and frameworks like Express or NestJS
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Solid understanding of API design and backend architecture
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi as part of a collaborative team

Nice to have:

• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure)
• Docker & CI/CD knowledge
• Agile/Scrum experience
