We’re looking for a **passionate IT graduate** ready to kick-start their career in software development.

What You’ll Do
- Support development, testing, and debugging of applications
- Work closely with experienced developers and learn on the job
- Contribute to team discussions and simple technical tasks
- Assist in maintaining and improving existing systems
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Fresh grads welcome)
- **Fluent in English and Romanian languages (written & verbal)**
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts and languages (any language is a plus)
- Tech-savvy, Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
