Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic fresh graduates who are eager to start their careers in customer service and digital marketing. This role offers hands-on experience, structured guidance, and the opportunity to build strong foundational skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in training to learn about products, services, and basic sales techniques
- Support client communication through calls, emails, and social media
- Assist in lead generation and basic market research
- Help maintain records of leads and sales activities
- Support marketing efforts, including social media content
- Collaborate with team members on daily tasks and projects
Key Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication skills in both English and German (written and verbal)
- Interest in sales, marketing, and client engagement
- Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms
