Programme overview

Role activities

• Build and deliver smart technology solutions for clients.
• Design and develop applications.
• Spot and fix security risks to help protect systems from cyber threats.
• Explore new technologies and contribute to client work.

What you’ll need

• Be confident coding in at least one major programming language.
• Have a Computer Science, IT or technology-related degree by the time the programme starts.
• Mathematics, science, engineering or master’s graduates may also be considered if they demonstrate strong coding skills.
• Strong IT skills and application-design or application-building experience from study, personal projects or past work are sought.

Training and learning

• Core training includes skills for analyst work, including generative AI.
• Role-specific training may cover delivery lifecycle, technologies and platforms, programming languages and the developer toolkit.
• Training and project exposure may include cloud, technology platforms, client delivery and certifications.

Compensation

• Starting salary is £36,400 per year, plus a £7,200 signing bonus subject to terms.
