Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and maintain network security solutions, including vendor platforms such as Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, and Forcepoint.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewall policies, NAT, IPsec/SSL VPN, SD-WAN, and high-availability systems.
- Deploy and manage EDR, NDR, DLP, proxy, and email security solutions and integrate them with existing infrastructure.
- Implement and support switches, routers, VLANs, and wireless networks.
- Conduct security assessments, configuration reviews, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
- Troubleshoot complex network and security issues; perform firmware upgrades, migrations, and solution integrations.
- Prepare technical documentation, implementation plans, and as-built documents.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant network security experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical tasks.
