We are seeking a skilled and proactive Network Infrastructure Manager who can oversee network operations, ensure system reliability, and lead a technical team in delivering secure and efficient network services.

Work Schedule

• Full-time position
• 8–9 hours per day
• 5–6 days per week
• On-call availability for critical incidents

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Manage LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud-based network environments
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and uptime
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of network issues and outages
• Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices
• Manage network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers
• Collaborate with IT teams to support system integrations and upgrades
• Plan capacity, scalability, and future infrastructure improvements
• Supervise and mentor network engineers and technical staff
• Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance standards

Skills for This Role

• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF)
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network technologies
• Network security and firewall configuration expertise
• Cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms)
• Network monitoring and performance tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Leadership and team management experience
• Project management and planning skills
• Scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Bash) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience in network infrastructure management or similar role
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent preferred
• Experience managing enterprise-level network environments
• Ability to work under pressure and handle critical incidents
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills
