We are looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Manager (m/f/d) who can take full ownership of our network ecosystem. You are not just maintaining systems—you are designing scalable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure that supports mission-critical operations. Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Strategy:
Design, implement, and optimize network infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security across all systems.

Operations Management:
Oversee daily network operations including monitoring, performance tuning, and incident management.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and technical specialists, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement.

System Integration:
Collaborate with IT, broadcast, and software teams to integrate network solutions with digital platforms and services.

Security and Compliance:
Ensure network security standards are met and maintain compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to align infrastructure with business objectives and project timelines.

What We Are Looking For

Experience:
8+ years in network infrastructure or telecommunications, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or leadership role.

Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of network architecture, routing and switching, firewalls, cloud networking, and enterprise infrastructure systems.

Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly preferred.

Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage projects, and deliver results in complex environments.

Communication Skills:
Strong English communication skills are required; Arabic is a plus for regional coordination.

Mindset:
You are proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of balancing operational stability with innovation and growth.
