Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise network systems. The ideal candidate will lead infrastructure projects, ensure network reliability, and manage a team of network professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud networks)
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and systems
- Ensure network security, performance, and high availability
- Lead and mentor the network engineering team
- Manage infrastructure projects, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in network engineering or infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with enterprise-grade hardware and cloud networking
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent
- Experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and network monitoring tools
- Project management experience
