Datamark is hiring a Nepali Language Interpreter for its Voice department in Chennai, India.
The role involves interpreting communications between customers or clients speaking English and Nepali.
Responsibilities
- Listen to and precisely interpret communications between customers or clients speaking different languages.
- Adhere to process and organizational standard operating procedures.
- Meet quality goals and implement client updates.
- Work as a collaborative team player.
Requirements
- Be very fluent in spoken Nepali and English.
- Have strong language command, understanding skills, communication skills, and listening ability.
- Candidates with Nepali language certification, training, associate, or customer support experience are preferred.
- Freshers with good Nepali and English speaking proficiency are eligible.
- Demonstrate an energetic and positive approach to issue handling.
- Be flexible to work rotational shifts, mainly night shifts, five days per week with two days off.
