Responsibilities
- Greet & welcome customers in the Spa
- Understand the needs and wants of the customers
- Advise the right services and retail to the customers
- Provide Be Relax signature services (i.e Massage, manicure & pedicure)
- Optimize the customer’s visit by upselling and cross-selling
- Operate the POS and handle the payment
- Keep the spa areas neat & tidy
Skills & Qualities
- Good communication skills
- Passionate about well-being
- Good at sales and service techniques
- Excellent listening skills
Education & Experience
- At least 1 years experiance in Massage Therapist/Beautician/Nail technician in a salon or Spa.
