Maintenance duties
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general building systems.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot equipment, and carry out repairs or replacements.
- Respond to maintenance work orders and emergency breakdowns within required response times.
- Inspect equipment, installations, and common areas for defects or potential issues.
- Complete basic electrical work, plumbing repairs, carpentry, painting, and other general maintenance tasks.
- Follow health, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and materials in good working condition.
- Record completed work, defects, materials used, and outstanding issues in the required system or reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and other facilities personnel when specialized repairs are needed.
- Keep work areas clean and safe; support planned maintenance schedules and other technical teams.
- Respond professionally to customer complaints and service requests within agreed service standards.
- Report major defects, recurring problems, safety hazards, and equipment failures to the supervisor.
Pay
- Pay is AED 2,500–3,500 per month.
Work location
- The role is in person.

- Attend to customer complaints and service requests professionally and within agreed service standards.
