About the Role
APEX Tech is hiring a Multi-Skilled FM Technician for facilities maintenance across client sites in Riyadh. The role involves electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance, performing PPM and reactive repairs.

Responsibilities
- Carry out maintenance, fault finding, and repair of LV distribution boards, lighting circuits, power outlets, and small power equipment.
- Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faults in water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- Perform routine cleaning, filter replacement, and basic servicing of split and package AC units.
- Carry out minor carpentry repairs and general building maintenance tasks.
- Receive and execute reactive maintenance work orders within assigned response time.
- Follow the planned PPM schedule for assigned equipment and areas.
- Complete all maintenance logs, checklists, and work order close out forms clearly and on time.
- Use and maintain all hand tools, power tools, and PPE in good working condition.
- Follow all client site safety rules, Permit to Work requirements, and APEX HSE procedures.
- Maintain a professional, courteous manner when working on client premises.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in multi trade facilities maintenance
- Industrial / Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related trade
- Working competence across at least three of: Electrical (LV), Plumbing, HVAC, and General Building Maintenance
- Valid Saudi Council Membership (SCE)
- Valid & Transferable Iqama
- Arabic and/or English language ability
- Basic Fire Alarm / BMS familiarity (optional)
- Valid Saudi driving license (optional)
- Basic First Aid training (optional)

About the Role
- Join APEX Tech's Facilities Management team and play a hands on role keeping client sites in Riyadh running smoothly.
- The Multi Skilled FM Technician is the front line responder for day to day maintenance, PPM, and reactive repair work across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general civil works.
- The Technician reports to the on site Supervisor or FM Coordinator and is expected to work independently on routine tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical Maintenance: Carry out maintenance, fault finding, and repair of LV distribution boards, lighting circuits, power outlets, and small power equipment.
- Plumbing Maintenance: Diagnose and repair leaks, blockages, and faults in water supply, drainage, and sanitary systems.
- HVAC Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning, filter replacement, and basic servicing of split and package AC units.
- General Civil Works & Building Maintenance: Carry out minor carpentry repairs, support minor building maintenance tasks, and ensure work areas are left clean and tidy.
- Work Order & PPM Management: Receive and execute reactive maintenance work orders, follow PPM schedule, and complete all logs and checklists.
- Tools & Material Handling: Use and maintain all hand tools, power tools, and PPE; report damaged or missing tools.
- HSE & Site Conduct: Follow all client site safety rules, wear required PPE, and maintain professional conduct.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in multi trade facilities maintenance
- Industrial / Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related trade
- Working competence across at least three of: Electrical (LV), Plumbing, HVAC, and General Building Maintenance
- Valid Saudi Council Membership (SCE) required
- Valid & Transferable Iqama required
- Arabic and/or English language ability
