Experience and Core Technical Requirements

  • At least five years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365 CE development and customization experience.
  • Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service; Field Service experience is preferred.
  • Five years of experience with Dataverse Web API, REST/OData, JSON, C#, plugins, Custom APIs, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Dynamics 365/Dataverse SDK.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 security, performance, scalability, governance, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

Development and Solution Work

  • Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, dashboards, charts, business rules, process flows, security roles, teams, and field security.
  • Develop Model-driven and Canvas Power Apps; build and manage Power Automate flows, approvals, integrations, and automation.
  • Develop third-party integrations using Dataverse Web API, REST/OData, JSON, and OAuth.
  • Manage Power Platform solutions, publishers, managed and unmanaged solutions, environment variables, connection references, and ALM.
  • Build reporting with Power BI, SSRS, and FetchXML; perform data migration, mapping, integration, and master data management.
  • Evaluate Microsoft releases and modern alternatives to legacy customizations.
  • Gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare technical specifications and estimates, and support solution architecture.

Preferred and Additional Experience

  • Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Blob Storage, and API Management experience is desirable.
  • Azure DevOps/Git, CI/CD, and Power Platform Pipelines experience is preferred.
  • Power Pages experience is useful; legacy Power Apps Portals experience is an advantage.
  • Power Platform Developer Associate, Functional Consultant, Solution Architect Expert, or Dynamics 365 functional consultant certifications are preferred.
  • Real estate/property management, Dynamics 365 Field Service, Azure Integration Services, TIBCO/Click Dimensions, legacy Dynamics CRM integrations, and WCF are good to have.
  • Awareness of Microsoft Copilot/AI capabilities and ability to adopt new releases are noted.

Compensation

  • The posting states pay up to QAR 9,000 per month.
