The Role

The Job

• Turn static Figma designs into transitions, micro-interactions, gestures, and loading, success, and error states.
• Use motion to simplify visa applications, status changes, and payments from the beginning of each feature.
• Build reusable motion patterns, principles, and haptics guidelines for a consistent motion language.
• Write specifications engineers can implement, select suitable formats, and keep animations lightweight.
• Lead motion for product videos, launches, and landing pages that communicate Atlys's value quickly.

The Ideal Candidate

• Have 3–5 years of motion or interaction design experience in a technology company or similarly fast-moving digital product environment.
• Have a strong product UI motion portfolio showing how motion improves usability and communicates state.
• Be highly proficient in Figma and at least one motion or prototyping tool, such as After Effects, Rive, ProtoPie, or Jitter.
• Have hands-on experience with Lottie and understand web and native iOS and Android constraints.
• Be able to build, maintain, and document a motion system for designers and engineers.
• Communicate motion decisions clearly, challenge decisions when motion can improve user experience, and identify opportunities proactively.
