Role overview

Work arrangement

• The role is six days per week in office and requires consistent on-ground presence and customer interaction.
• Work location is in person in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Process UAE visa applications end to end; guide customers on requirements, documentation, and profile creation.
• Review applications for accuracy and compliance with visa guidelines; track progress and give customers timely updates.
• Resolve application issues proactively and maintain confidentiality of client data.
• Identify opportunities to add destinations in the UAE market and support business expansion.
• Provide customer service, visit customers to collect documents or provide support, and coordinate with internal teams to improve workflows and customer experience.

Candidate requirements

• At least two years of experience in visa operations, travel operations, customer support, or related operational work.
• Strong attention to detail and organization; excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve operational problems quickly and practically; comfortable with computers, digital tools, and new systems.
• Genuine interest in travel and immigration. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,500–5,500 per month.
