The Role
The Store Sales Associate welcomes walk-in travelers at the Dubai store, understands their needs, and helps them find relevant Atlys products and services.
This is a short-term, full-time, on-site opportunity.
The Job
- Assist customers with visa applications on-site, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Welcome walk-in customers and understand their travel and visa needs.
- Explain visa requirements, timelines, pricing, and Atlys services.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Keep the store presentable, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
- Stay current on visa regulations, travel policies, and Atlys product updates.
- Identify in-store experience improvements and share feedback with the team.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 1 year of customer-facing or front-desk experience.
- Visa-processing, travel-agency, immigration-consultancy, or related travel-services experience is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with tourist, transit, and business visas, documentation, processing timelines, and common rejection reasons.
- Awareness of embassy or consulate procedures and destination entry rules is a plus.
- Fluent English and strong verbal and interpersonal skills; multiple languages are highly preferred.
- Should demonstrate ownership, patience, professionalism, and the ability to explain complex visa processes.
- Should be comfortable using CRMs, digital application platforms, and support tools.
- Must be willing to work rotational shifts and week-offs: six days per week, nine-hour shifts with a one-hour break.
Workplace
- The role is on-site at Atlys's Dubai store.
