Motion Graphic Designer (3-Month Contract)

A leading organization in Dubai is seeking a talented Motion Graphic Designer to support its creative and digital content initiatives. The organization operates within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, delivering high-impact campaigns, events, and digital experiences across multiple platforms.

Requirements Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can produce engaging visual content for digital and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong animation, video editing, and storytelling skills, along with the ability to adapt static designs into compelling motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Creation Design and animate content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels, including reels, short-form videos, and animated posts.
• 2D Animation & Motion Graphics Create high-quality motion graphics, including typography animation, transitions, and visual storytelling elements that align with brand guidelines.
• Video Editing Edit video content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms, including promotional videos, highlights, and cutdowns.
• Creative Adaptation Transform existing campaign assets and key visuals into motion-based formats across various touchpoints while maintaining consistency in branding.
• AI Tools Utilization Leverage AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support content generation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work
• Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Familiarity with AI-based design and content creation tools
• Solid understanding of social media trends and digital content formats
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale events, campaigns, or exhibitions
• Knowledge of branding and visual identity adaptation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
