About The Role

We're looking for a Motion Designer to bring HubFit's brand to life in motion, from performance-driven paid social ads to the videos that announce our biggest product launches.

You'll be joining right as we build out our Growth Marketing team, which means real ownership, fast-moving work, and the chance to shape how HubFit shows up as we scale.

You'll work closely with our marketing and product teams, turning briefs into motion that looks sharp and performs.

This is a hands-on, high-output role: you'll be cutting Meta ad variants one day and animating a launch video the next, all while keeping HubFit's brand consistent across every channel.

If you know how to make an ad stop the scroll, love turning a feature launch into a moment, and want your work front and center on a brand coaches love, this role is for you.

About You

You're a motion designer who's as comfortable concepting as you are executing.

You bring a strong point of view to every project and can translate a brief into something that moves, literally and emotionally.

You work efficiently inside an established brand system and know how to push it forward without breaking it.

AI video tools aren't a novelty to you; they're already in your workflow.

What You'Ll Do

  • **Paid Social Creative:**
  • Produce motion and video ad variants for Meta and other paid social channels, built for testing and iteration
  • **Product Launches:**
  • Create launch videos and announcement content for new features, including in-app clips and landing page hero animation
  • **Product Motion:**
  • Animate app and product screens for marketing use, including walkthroughs and feature reveals
  • **Systems & Templates:**
  • Build and maintain a library of reusable motion templates and brand assets so the team can move faster on every future brief
  • **Cross-Functional Partnership:**
  • Translate briefs from marketing and product into motion-first concepts, end-to-end
  • **Iteration:**
  • Turn around quick revisions based on ad performance data and creative feedback

  • Motion as a consistent, high-quality presence across launches, campaigns, and the website
  • An autonomous creative contributor — briefs in, polished work out, with minimal back-and-forth
  • Reusable systems, not one-off assets — work that makes the whole team faster
  • AI tools embedded in your workflow, helping push the team's collective understanding of what's possible
  • Strong cross-functional trust across Marketing and Product

What We'Re Looking For

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on motion design experience, ideally with exposure to paid social/performance advertising and B2B SaaS or consumer app brands
  • A portfolio that shows range: performance-driven ad creative and polished product/launch videos
  • Expert proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro
  • Figma fluency for working within a brand system and pulling product UI into motion
  • Comfortable working autonomously, moving fast, and iterating based on data and feedback
  • Strong communication skills: you flag blockers, ask good questions, and keep stakeholders in the loop

Bonus Points

  • Passionate about, or have a background in, fitness or wellness
  • Product experience and design system work
  • Sound design sensibility, you understand how audio shapes motion
  • Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or generative video/image tools to work faster and smarter
  • Familiarity with tools like Frame.io, Loom, Artlist, or ElevenLabs
