About The Role
We're looking for a Graphic Designer to help shape how HubFit looks and feels everywhere coaches and clients see us: marketing campaigns, social, email, and the growing brand system behind it all.
You'll be joining right as we build out our Growth Marketing team, which means real ownership, fast-moving work, and the chance to shape how HubFit shows up as we scale.
You'll work closely with our marketing and brand teams, moving between fast-turnaround campaign assets one day and bigger identity and system work the next.
This is a role for someone who's just as comfortable executing a clean social graphic as they are thinking through how the whole brand should hang together.
If you've got a sharp eye for typography and layout, love building systems as much as shipping assets, and want your work to be the face of a brand people love, this role is for you.
About You
You're a designer who moves fluidly between craft and concept.
You can execute a polished ad or email in an afternoon, and you can also step back and ask whether the whole system still holds together.
You care about typography, color, and layout the way some people care about code, and you know how to turn a rough brief into something that feels unmistakably on-brand.

What You'Ll Do
- **Marketing Creative:**
- Design assets across social, email, digital ads, and campaigns, built to move fast and test well
- **Brand Identity:**
- Evolve and maintain HubFit's visual identity and design system, keeping it consistent as the brand grows
- **Web & Landing Pages:**
- Design marketing site pages, landing pages, and campaign experiences
- **Systems & Templates:**
- Build and maintain a library of reusable templates and brand assets so the team can move faster
- **Cross-Functional Partnership:**
- Translate briefs from marketing and product into on-brand creative concepts, end-to-end
- **Iteration:**
- Turn around quick revisions based on feedback and performance data
What Success Looks Like
- A consistent, high-quality visual identity across every touchpoint: web, social, email, and ads
- Marketing creative that performs, not just looks good, with fast iteration based on data
- Reusable systems, not one-off assets, work that makes the whole team faster
- An autonomous creative contributor: briefs in, polished work out, with minimal back-and-forth
- Strong trust and collaboration across Marketing and Product
What We'Re Looking For
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience, in an agency or in-house creative environment, ideally with exposure to B2B SaaS or consumer app brands
- A portfolio that shows range: marketing campaign work and brand identity or system work
- Highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong fundamentals in typography, layout, color, and hierarchy
- Comfortable working autonomously, moving fast, and iterating based on feedback and data
- Strong communication skills: you can present and explain your design decisions clearly
Bonus Points
- Passionate about, or have a background in, fitness or wellness
- Experience designing for web and landing pages
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or generative image tools to work faster and smarter
- Familiarity with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
