Mortgage Consultant – Dubai, UAE
We are hiring experienced Mortgage Consultants for a leading Dubai-based organization.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE mortgage experience.
- Proven track record of mortgage disbursals (mandatory).
- Sound knowledge of UAE mortgage products, banking processes, and documentation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage solutions based on their financial requirements.
- Manage the mortgage process from application through approval and disbursal.
- Liaise with banks, developers, and clients to ensure a smooth and timely process.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all required documentation.
- Build and maintain strong client and banking relationships.
- Achieve assigned sales and disbursal targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
