We are an upcoming specialized recruitment startup focused on quality-driven, research-led hiring across the UAE and GCC.
This is not a volume-based recruitment role.
We work on selective mandates where candidate quality, market mapping, and strong execution matter more than simply filling roles quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt high-quality mid to senior-level candidates
- Work on selective recruitment mandates with a research-led approach
- Build strong candidate shortlists based on quality, fit, and market insight
- Manage screening, coordination, and candidate follow-up
- Maintain professional communication with clients and hiring stakeholders
Requirements
- 2+ years of recruitment experience, preferably agency or search-based
- Strong headhunting, sourcing, and market research skills
- UAE/GCC candidate network preferred
- Ability to work independently with high attention to quality
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
Additional Advantage
Recruiters who can build client relationships, develop business, and bring in quality mandates will be highly preferred.
Those who contribute to business growth will be eligible for an enhanced earning model with an extremely attractive profit-sharing structure.
Compensation
Performance-based compensation per successful hire/project(Best in the industry)
Additional profit-sharing will be offered for business brought in and successfully delivered.
