Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on best-fit UAE mortgage solutions (resale & handover)
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage process from lead generation to disbursement
- Coordinate with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams
- Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide a professional, transparent, and client-first advisory experience
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience (Mortgages, Retail Banking, Customer Service, Insurance)
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Confident in advisory selling, negotiation, and closing
- Target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused
- UAE driving license - Mandatory
