We are seeking a motivated and target-driven Mortgage Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the UAE mortgage industry and a strong ability to build client relationships, generate business, and guide customers through the mortgage process.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on suitable mortgage products and financing solutions.
- Assess customer requirements and eligibility for home financing.
- Generate and convert leads through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, developers, and banking partners.
- Manage the end-to-end mortgage process, from application to approval and disbursement.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions to secure the best mortgage options for clients.
- Ensure timely collection and submission of required documentation.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high service standards.
Requirements
- **Minimum 1 year of UAE mortgage experience is mandatory.**
- **Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.**
- Proven sales and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
