Why Join The Lending Tree? • Salary: AED 5,000 – 9,000 + uncapped commissions • Direct access to all major UAE banks (faster approvals, better conversions) • High-quality leads with strong backend & processing support • Clear growth path in a fast-scaling mortgage consultancy • Dubai-based, office role Key Responsibilities • Advise clients on best-fit UAE mortgage solutions (resale & handover) • Manage the end-to-end mortgage process from lead generation to disbursement • Coordinate with banks, underwriters, developers, and internal teams • Ensure accurate documentation, compliance, and timely follow-ups • Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong client relationships • Provide a professional, transparent, and client-first advisory experience

Requirements

Requirements • Minimum 1 year of UAE sales experience (Mortgages, Retail Banking, Customer Service, Hospitality, Retail Sales, Insurance) • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) • Confident in advisory selling, negotiation, and closing • Target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused • UAE driving license preferred Ideal Candidate • Thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment • Takes ownership of files and follows through end-to-end • Hungry to grow, earn, and build a long-term career in mortgages • Comfortable working with systems, processes, and multiple stakeholders
