Mortgage Consultant
About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- 8 months to 1+ Years of experience as a Mortgage Advisor/ Consultant.
- Assess clients’ financial backgrounds and advise on suitable mortgage products.
- Compare lenders, rates, and terms to find the most competitive mortgage deals.
- Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and liaise with lenders on their behalf.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, market trends, and lending criteria.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements (e.g., Central Bank regulations, AML/KYC).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and lending partners.
- Follow up with clients throughout the mortgage process until closure.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and internal systems. Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Advisor, Loan Officer, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending products and financial regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Familiarity with the UAE real estate and lending market.
- Experience using mortgage comparison tools and CRM platforms.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
