City Mortgage  is expanding, and we are looking for professional, disciplined, ambitious, and motivated  Mortgage Consultants  to join our growing team in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structured follow-ups to maximize conversions
• Maintain high call volumes and meet daily productivity targets
• Identify client mortgage needs (pre-approval, refinancing, buyout, new purchase)
• Pre-qualify leads based on income, employment, and property requirements
• Explain basic mortgage concepts (DSR, pre-approval, bank criteria)
• Guide clients on required documents before advisor handover
• Update CRM with accurate lead status, notes, and follow-ups
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with new and existing leads
• Coordinate with processing staff and advisors for smooth lead transfer
• Track client progress through the mortgage pipeline
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with UAE mortgage regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year UAE experience in mortgages, retail banking, telesales, or real estate
• Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus)
• Confident in sales, negotiation, and closing
• Target-driven, persuasive, and client-focused
• UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory)
